Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Stop overglorifying and underpaying the workflows and assistants. The assistants at the company should be making WAY more then what they are offered AND there are absolutely no added perks for the missed compensation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Higher raises each year that are merit based rather than being measly little raises would be nice. Appreciation outside of "let's have a pizza party" every now and then would be better. I would rather get a bigger raise or a bonus than the occasional (literal) pizza party.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Lack of adequate communication is one of Integreon's biggest problems, particularly communication from leadership down the chain of command. Additionally, leadership at Integreon needs to care more about the "little guy"--give more benefits to the associates who make the company all of its money.
