In 2009, his responsibilities expanded to include the Technology and Manufacturing Group. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Intel Corporation from February 1994 to October 2007, Executive Vice President of Finance & Enterprise since January 2001 and Enterprise Services Officer since December 1999. He served as an Executive Vice President at Intel Corporation from 2001 to 2007. Mr. Bryant served as Principal Accounting Officer of Intel Corporation., with responsibility for financial operations, human resources, information technology and e-business functions and activities worldwide. He joined Intel in 1981 as Controller for the Commercial Memory Systems Operation and in 1983 became Systems Group Controller. Mr. Bryant served as Director of Finance at Intel since 1987 and Vice President and Director of Finance for the Intel Products Group since 1990. He served as Senior Vice President of Intel Corporation from January 1999 to 2001. He served as a Vice President of Intel Corporation, from 1994 to 1999. Prior to the Intel, he held positions in finance with Ford Motor Company and Chrysler Corp. He served as a Vice Chairman of Intel Corporation since July 2011 until May 2012. He has been an Independent Director at McKesson Corporation since January 23, 2008 and Columbia Sportswear Company since May 24, 2005. He serves as a Director of Enli Health Intelligence Corporation. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board at Voyage Partners. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Voyager Capital. He served as a Director at Convera Corporation. He served as a Director of Synopsys Inc. since January 1999. Mr. Bryant held MBA in Finance from the University of Kansas and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Missouri.
