Mr. Stacy J. Smith has been the Group President of Manufacturing, Operations & Sales at Intel Corporation since April 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President of Manufacturing, Operations & Sales October 12, 2016 until April 2017. Mr. Smith served as an Executive Vice President of Intel Corporation since November 2012 and served as its Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to October 10, 2016, Director of Corporate Strategy since November 2012 and Principal Accounting Officer until October 10, 2016. Mr. Smith was responsible for leading the worldwide finance organization and overseeing finance, accounting and reporting, tax, treasury, internal audit and investor relations. He joined Intel Corporation in 1988 and served positions in Finance, Sales and Marketing and Information Technology. Mr. Smith served as Vice President, Finance and Enterprise Services of Intel Corporation from 2004 to 2006, Assistant Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to October 2007, its Vice President from 2006 to January 2010 and Senior Vice President from January 2010 to November 2012. He served as General Manager and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Intel Corporation since 2001. He served as the Chief Information Officer at Intel Corporation from May 2004 to 2006 and was jointly responsible for leading Intel's global Information Services and Technology Group (ISTG). Mr. Smith served as Vice President of the Sales & Marketing Group of Intel Corporation since 2002, where he was responsible for Intel product sales and marketing in the EMEA region since 2001. He joined Intel in 1988. He has worked in the Military Division, the Embedded Microcontroller Group, Fab Manufacturing, Assembly Test Manufacturing, Systems Manufacturing and Sales and Marketing Group. Mr. Smith served positions in Finance, Sales and Marketing and Information Technology and worked in Intel offices throughout the United States, Latin America, Asia and Europe. He served as an IT Manager at Matt David Corporation (MDC). He serves as a Director of Autodesk Limited. Mr. Smith has been a Director of Autodesk, Inc. since November 7, 2011. He serves as a Director of SpectraWatt. He served as a Director of Gevo, Inc. from June 8, 2010 to June 6, 2014. He served as a Non-Employee Director of Virgin America Inc. from January 29, 2014 to December 14, 2016. He served as a Director of Moldflow Corporation. Mr. Smith has an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas and a B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas.
