Dr. Venkata S. M. Renduchintala, also known as Murthy, has been the President of Client & Internet of Things (IoT) Businesses & Systems Architecture Group at Intel Corporation since November 20, 2015 and has been its Chief Engineering Officer since April 2017. Dr. Renduchintala has been Acting Head of CCG at Intel Corporation since May 3, 2017. He served as Executive Vice President of Intel Corporation since November 20, 2015 until April 2017. He served as a Co-President of Qualcomm CDMA Technologies from June 2012 to November 2015 and Executive Vice President of Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. from October 2012 to November 19, 2015. He was responsible for the oversight of all activities related to Qualcomm's semiconductor business within the mobile and computing segment. He served as Co-President of Mobile and Computing Products of QUALCOMM Incorporated from June 2012 to October 2012. Dr. Renduchintala served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Co-Led the QCT engineering organization. Dr. Renduchintala joined Qualcomm in 2004 from Skyworks Solutions, Inc./ Conexant Systems, Inc. where he served as Vice President and General Manager of their Cellular Systems Division. Prior to Skyworks, he spent a decade with Philips Electronics, where he progressed from Research Engineer to Vice President of Engineering for its Consumer Communications Business. He received his Undergraduate and Postgraduate Education in the UK. Dr. Renduchintala holds a Doctoral degree in the field of Digital Communications and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Bradford.
