More diversity and new younger minds. This is like the elks club

Easy questions - it was more like joining a Frat - look like them, go to the right schools, know the same people, you are in
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my actual work just frustrating with all of the top heavy intellectuals who haven't ever really created anything.. Oh and the whole kitchen thing? Come on..
