Positive, working hard. Everyone wants the same thing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are not your typical executives. They are approachable, smart, idealistic, open to suggestion. They walk the talk for sure - this is the first job I've had where I felt the veneer between the image that's projected and the reality is so thin it doesn't exist.
