The people I work with and the culture I'm part of. Both are fantastic.

The leadership team is increasingly diverse, really transparent and leading the company in a great direction.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Intercom is a friendly place - the people here are kind, make time for each other, and work well together
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work really hard but there's little politicking - people get on and are aligned around our mission and our values.

I got to learn a great deal about the company mission, trajectory and culture that was not that apparent to me from the outside.

We're values driven, people-centric and the majority of the company operates with kindness and humility. You'll meet awesome people at Intercom and it makes the company feel special.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team is awesome - I enjoy the time I get to spend with them. In addition, I really understand that I'm making an impact on the business in my role.
