We have better benefits than the last company I worked for (ADT). Health care costs go up no matter where you work, so nothing I can do about that, nor the company.

Great overall benefits - pay, healthcare, working flexibility
401k match is too low and not guaranteed. Be better if 3 to 5 percent like industry standard and pay on every paycheck. Should not be an optional thing for company to give or not give. Hire better management.
