Review from Engineering Dept
I think that all employees, including us on the manufacturing floor, should have some sort of stock investment option. Health benefits could absolutely be better. Also, it would be amazing to get paid every week.
I feel the co makes you do too much to receive your bonus
PTO should be accrued way faster and lots of Saturdays worked. It's a turn off and definitely is a key reason why the company has a difficult time holding on to new employees.
Need sick time, pto , if your child is sick and you have to call out, you do not get paid. Also even with a doctors excuse you still get a point for missing work
lower cost for health care and better pay and not an increase of medical to take from pay increase
Review from Operations Dept
Pay raises that actually keep up with inflation. More sick days. More staffing
Shorter work days and fewer weekends
I been with the company over 11 yrs and the Tier 2 pay is so unfair and now other companies like Walmart are adjusting their pay scales to make more than we do. And the cost of living is study rising and I especially hate how they did us in this Pandemic they showed exactly how they feel about us
Their 2021 salary freeze was indicates the Executives aren't interested of taking care of those that take care of them.
Review from Operations Dept
i work 50 plus hours a week salary with no yearly raise. a bonus or yearly raise would do it
