COLA is 4-6% a year in this area raises avg 2% we fall behind each and very year, yet they close plants while expecting to produce the same volume with fewer locations and equipment turn record profits yet "can't afford to raise wages"

I think that all employees, including us on the manufacturing floor, should have some sort of stock investment option. Health benefits could absolutely be better. Also, it would be amazing to get paid every week.
I feel the co makes you do too much to receive your bonus
PTO should be accrued way faster and lots of Saturdays worked. It's a turn off and definitely is a key reason why the company has a difficult time holding on to new employees.
Need sick time, pto , if your child is sick and you have to call out, you do not get paid. Also even with a doctors excuse you still get a point for missing work
Theyvwill hire anyone so you are constantly expected to do the next guys work for the same amount of pay that he gets to sleep tge whole shift
Give them a culture worth the buy in.
Review from Operations Dept
Treat new employees as you would a stranger on the street.
Get off the phone pay attention to the job. Be put with like minded workers. Being put with those that do less then the bare minimum cause they know you'll pick up the slack is exhausting. There are no more good days.
Stop with the highschool drama

Actually interview and have a more in depth hiring process. We literally hire guys that cant read a tape measure here
Management!!! All management positions are filled but not being fulfilled!
Be treated with respect, and allow my opinion to be heard

Action to words. There motto is safety, quality, and quantity. It is anything but.
Stop treating some employees better than other employees

Listen to the skill your candidates posses and utilize them.
You have to go thru 100 hoops to get in and start making money. We have families to feed, time is of the essence.
Review from Operations Dept
More customer focus and less focus on IP.
Customer complaints are mainly quality issues. Caused by poorly kept or out dated equipment. Fix the machines as a hole. Don't fix one part while another is broken fix it all. Numbers come before anything else because this is what drives are pay. Broken machines count against you. Stop this
Fire everyone and restart! Horrible
Review from Engineering Dept
Management has turned to managing by fear and intimidation. The company has been taken over by bullies!
Review from Operations Dept
employees are tired from all the additional hours
Review from Operations Dept
Increased focus on people in terms of hiring the right people that are qualified for the jobs they are hired to do and retaining the people and talent we already have.
