Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Employer Insurance offerred for employees is relatively low vs other mnc's. No free can facility (6k per month for 2 way transport). Too early to comment on the rest like growth, International mobility & Internal moves. Amsterdam Support group directors are open for sharing thoughts and execution.
