Nancy Huggins — Managing Director for Southwest at INTL FCStone

Ms. Nancy Huggins has been Managing Director for Southwest at INTL FCStone Inc. since March 2011 and manages its energy practice and its middle market practice. Ms. Huggins has more than twenty years experience in investment banking and has raised more than $10 billion in capital for her clients along with advising on more than $3 billion in M&A transactions. Ms. Huggins has experience developing new banking operations, having been part of the teams that successfully started new offices for Credit Suisse First Boston in Houston and Dallas. Ms. Huggins served as a Managing Director of Morgan Joseph TriArtisan LLC, heading up its energy effort. Ms. Huggins served as the Managing Director of Stanford Group Company since April 2005. She led Investment Banking in Dallas. She served as the Managing Director of Wasserstein Perella & Co., Inc. She held senior investment banking positions at Bear Stearns, Wasserstein, Perella & Co. She served as a Managing Director with Bear Stearns and with Credit Suisse First Boston, where she spent seventeen years in its New York, Houston and Dallas offices. She has also managed over $10 billion in financing and advised on numerous M&A transactions. She also worked with a variety of private equity firms. She is Chairman of Hope Cottage Adoption Agency and a long time Member of the Rhodes College Board. Ms. Huggins holds an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a B.A. with distinction in Economics and Business Administration from Rhodes College.
