What are some of the best things about your team?
When given the necessary autonomy and support to make good decisions, outcomes can be amazing. Unfortunately, bureaucracy tends to get in the way.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team is negative and needs work on teamwork. All work is directive, not collaborative.

Money and company sponsored bar tabs.
