Executive Bio

Ms. Patricia Marie Harrod, also known as Tricia, has been the Chief Risk Officer of INTL FCStone Inc since October 1, 2015. Ms. Harrod served as the Global Head of Risk at INTL FCStone Inc. and its Vice President until November 20, 2015. Ms. Harrod served as Vice President of Credit and Risk Administration at FCStone Group Inc. since October 1, 2009. Ms. Harrod was responsible for the establishment, enforcement and oversight of FCStone Group's credit policies and practices with respect to regulated exchange-traded commodities and OTC markets. She joined FCStone in 2009 from Kansas City Power & Light Company (KCP&L), where she served as Director of Risk Management and responsible for leading the credit and market risk, insurance, middle office and enterprise risk management program for the publicly held parent company, Great Plains Energy (GXP), and all of its subsidiaries. Prior to its 2008 merger with KCP&L, she was with Aquila Inc. which became a wholly owned subsidiary of GXP. Ms. Harrod spent more than 25 years in Risk Management for the energy industry, including 11 years as Head of Risk Management for GXP Energy (Aquila, Inc.) including responsibilities of Enterprise Risk Management, Middle Office, Insurance, Credit and Market Risk. She also held senior roles at PanCanadian Energy Services, Transco Energy Company and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation.
