Mr. William J. Dunaway, also known as Bill, has been the Chief Financial Officer of INTL FCStone Inc. since October 5, 2009 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Dunaway has over 19 years of industry experience with INTL FCStone Inc., or one of its predecessor companies, previously as Executive Vice President and Treasurer. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of Accounting and Finance with responsibility over the regulatory accounting of FCStone, LLC. Mr. Dunaway served as the Chief Financial Officer of FCStone Group, Inc. since January 2008 and also served as its Executive Vice President, Principal Accounting Officer, Treasurer, Group Controller and Assistant Treasurer. He served as Senior Vice-President and Treasurer of FCStone LLC. He served as Vice President of Administration and Finance at FCStone Trading Group, LLC. Mr. Dunaway served as the Chief Financial Officer for Saul Stone and Company LLC.
