- What do you like best about the leadership team?They need to have a better system from the top down for those that are new to the office/company. Resolutions to problems were not dealt with well.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?I was paid more here in my position with no experience than I would have been paid in any other company within a 50 mile radius even if I had finished my degree AND had 2 to 3 years experience.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Most of the people are pretty open and welcoming; easy to talk to and work with.
