Mr. Charles D. Young has been Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations of Invitation Homes Inc. since November 2017. Mr. Young has been the Chief Operating Officer of Starwood Waypoint Homes (formerly, Colony Starwood Homes) since March 2015. He is a Co-founder of The Kaleidoscope Group, L.L.C. and served as its Managing Director. He served as Senior Development Director of Western Region of Mesa Development, LLC. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust from March 2015 to January 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of West Division of the SWAY Manager. He also served as Regional Vice President of Eastern Region at the Waypoint Manager since February 2013. He joined the Waypoint Manager as Regional Director for Chicago in 2012.
