Executive Bio

Scott Eisen brings more than 26 years of experience in real estate investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and business development. In his role with Invitation Homes, he formulates portfolio and capital strategies, assesses market opportunities and portfolio construction, and leads execution with an in-house team of asset investment and management professionals. He also leads the Company’s Investment Committee and serves as a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining Invitation Homes, he was Head of North American Real Estate Investment Banking for Citigroup from 2016, responsible for business planning, client interaction, and transaction execution for multiple real estate sectors. Previously, he was Director of Real Estate Banking at Merrill Lynch & Co. and Special Assistant to the Secretary of Commerce at the U.S. Department of Commerce.
