What do you like best about the leadership team?
Proactive , approachable and supportive , visionaries
The leadership team is caring and compassionate, in addition to being top-notch business people. They are collaborative and know how to get stuff done.
The leadership team at Invoca provides a level of transparency and honesty that is very unusual in the tech business. We always know where their heads are at. We're provided with regular updates that inform us not just about decisions that have or are being made, but why.
Complete honesty about how things are going, and the goals and direction of the company. There are no egos, and each leader brings something valuable to the table.

What are some of the best things about your team?
approachable, collaborative, and helpful etc
no unnecessary meetings - only productive ones
We care about one another and are always striving to do better
The best part about my team and all the teams at Invoca are the lack of big egos. We are able to collaborate to continually improve what we do without any bad attitudes getting in the way of finding the best path forward.
Team player mentality, everyone is willing to pitch in. Each person is smart and qualified and also pushes themselves to be better.

I was able to meet with different people across business lines
Meeting the team at HQ
The interview process was transparent and straightforward. No tricks and I knew where they stood the entire time.
Getting to request interviews with certain members of the team. Feeling able to ask as many questions as I want

Supportive coworkers and a caring leadership team
Working with smart, driven, and caring people in an inclusive and supportive environment make coming to work every day a pleasure.
Getting to work on new things, to challenge myself. Having a manager who is kind and invested in my future.
