Culture..badly. Inspire, celebrate the wins, offer xonstructive feedback. Ban finger pointing and political nonsense

The benefits program is amazing.
Relatively highly paid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being talked down to constantly and no one wanted to train
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is super supportive. My supervisor sets me up for success.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication, accountability and lack of leadership
Not be so meeting heavy and instead of meeting heavy they should train and treat their employees better
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nobody yells, people treat each other like adults.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Culture and rewarding personal growth
Really a lack of culture/happiness lately.

The consider the candidate's time and they work with you.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Deliverables are often unprofessional and lack aubstance requested
Way too many issues, most dont approve of the CEO and the business itsself is hectic
