- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?There's much missing. Possibly key is a lack of realizing that there is a way to improve your craft and that it's possible to learn from others and cooperate with them even if you're not drinking buddies.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Lack of professionalism. Raises, retention are based on favortism and popularity games. We can't attract/retain better people because they find out that we're resistant, due to lack of humility and exposure to how other organizations operate. We're in a bubble of smugness.
