Clearly understood base and bonus plan.
Private health care policy is good.
regular bonus payments that arrive on time
Good basic and health care package, remote working.
Salary was pretty good at IQVIA
It's competitive and you will not look for a job outside because of your package
Allowances is an extra amount that i get paid
Commission by far is the best
Salary is fair and equitable

The provate health insurance package
The health and pension plan are very good.
ability to work remotely and/or hybrid
It is not a motivator to me
HMO with free 3 dependents
Base salary is ok for me.
It's reasonable for the market
base salary + bonus + car allowance + 401K matching
The medical cover for me is just something I adore as as an intern I have never had that and just the thought that I can now just visit a facility I have in mind and get the best care just makes me happy. Also the internet refund, that is just rare
Review from Operations Dept
Best part would be allowances
Generous bonus package if the company does well.
Worst benifits we went from 100% paid benifits to $250 every month and no change in wahes to cover the cost for insurance.
Compare with current market level and contributions
Lack of communication regarding compensation
I'm in a senior position with over 20 years experience and can't afford medical insurance. The IT department in entirety is far underpaid compared to other departments.
I worked for an agency working for iqvia and was paid substantially more .iqvia use the excuse or temporary workers to pay less claiming the company benefits make up for this ,while the agencies offered the same benefits
Over worked and under paid. No support, toxic environment. A substantial raise would help.
Not being appricitate at all
Growth is negligible.. non existent. Increments are non existent. It's like I have been workung in almost same salary for years. Needs more motivation to work.. in terms of growth, promotions or increments. Lack of motivation to work and deliver more. Promotions don't or rarely happen
