lack common sense, can't calculate the true cost of an assay

Support employees, pay them equal pay. Help with immigration for those who need it.

Disconnect between what leadership says, ehat they do and what us valued. Like a compass that no longer has a true north.

Leadership needs to remember there are people working at IQVIA, instead they treat you like an untouchable.

Listening to new people that are hired. We were hired for our skillset and expertise, perhaps listen to us!

Comp ratio is at the lower end of the scale with poor bonus performance in last 3 years and limited merit. Need to reconsider their comp ratio and bonus payout policy especially those are who are ops/finance

Compensation is not quite competitive for my role. But its value has yet to establish itself since it was recently formed in the team.

Worst benifits we went from 100% paid benifits to $250 every month and no change in wahes to cover the cost for insurance.

There were never any corporate meetings at IQVIA.

Stop allowing all the work to fall on one call center rep

There is no team culture.It is working in sylos.

Co workers are doing a great job under extremely poor circumstances

Management needs to do more to encourage team work, punish those that foster a toxic environment, listen

A lot of profanity and racial slurs

Work on transparency and providing compensation for weekend work.

Streamline operations,use systems that work ,reporting figures that are correct ,listen to people with transferable skills as opposed to wing it and go from one problem to the next without solutions

Time it takes to move through the process

Pick and retain talent. Avoid politics

More interaction with future coworkers during the interview process. The interviewer proved to have little meaningful knowledge about the company and some details were misleading.

Studies always closing before patients can participate.... we have to call and cancel apointments same day due to bad manager guidance

Company needs to be employee friendly.

The company needs to re think it’s whole approach.the contract is coming to an end and moving to a digital only system otherwise it would need to be restructured and thought out from the bottom

Management needs to address the toxic culture, pay equity with the industry, hold people accountable, transparency
