What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Remote and hybrid work models provide flexbile and relief to the reality of daily commutes, long hours, and getting home late. It is nice to have the opportunity to spend more time with my family than traffic.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It has been over 15 years where in the past you didn't have a long process so, that was great.
Interview process was incredibly long. They went for another candidate but referred me to a similar role for another team that was hiring. Meeting with my particular supervisor was positive. Interview was tailored to my experience. No obtuse star questions.
