What do you like best about the leadership team?Approachable leadership team and open to suggestions.
What makes you most happy at work?Opportunity to apply skills (new and experienced) as well as offer solutions and efficiencies regularly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Hard working but equally care about wellbeing and safety
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I just need out. I feel underappreciated and underpaid.
What needs to change to make the company culture better? There needs to be better communication and training. Not teaching a job, and reprimanding the worker for not being able to do it only gives birth to a vicious cycle.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I have no team. I'm just the hot potato of the office.
