
Low morale overall. Too much change & poor communication has led to lack of trust & direction. Poor business decisions have led to many of the top leaders and employees leaving the company. The rookie executive team's "learn on the go" has hurt the bottom line & put the company in a tough spot.
Overall, it's not the best it's been. Certain teams are doing better than others, but trust in leadership is lacking.
