Most people are pretty positive mentally and don't grumble much, which really helps keep a positive environment.

Team is good, Family. Everything starting at the management level is just annoying
Skilled labor does try to work together and help each other out, they also pick up slack from management that doesnt seem to know what they are doing because ITT hires college degrees and not experienced management, nor do they seem interested in promoting within.
We don't have a team and when they make teams for some reason they only pick the same people all the time the once that never say no to management
