Yes they do. They're lazy and do not cover as needed. Can't find them anywhere and if you do, they're always at a meeting when things are going wrong on the production floor. They disappear like roaches when lights are turned on.

I wish we were offered better prices into company stock. They used to be discounted but has been thrown out over the years.

We need more coverage. Coworkers get easily aggravated and start calling in to work making overtime inevitable. We have many with family issues who use fmla and are gone for weeks at times. Others use bogus excuses and are given time off also while the rest of us cover for them. We are tired!!

There is a clear divide between departments. Not much appreciation for what other department responsibilities are. Poor cross-functional communication.

Come to meetings prepared and ready to talk and accomplish what is on the agenda. Leave the meeting with actionable items.

In a company so large, there is little accentuation on the individual and their contributions to the company. Many days it feels like you are helping check the boxes off of someone else's "to do" list with no real impact yourself.
