Before joining Somera, he served as a Senior Corporate Counsel for RealNames Corporation from September 1999 to September 2000. From August 1996 to September 1999, he served as a Corporate and Securities Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati. Mr. Rossen holds a J.D. and a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
