Mr. John F. Prim, also known as Jack, served as the Chief Executive Officer of Jack Henry & Associates Inc. a holding company of Symitar Systems, Inc. and Profitstars since April 1, 2004 until July 1, 2016 and has been its Executive Chairman since August 24, 2012. Mr. Prim served as the President of Jack Henry & Associates Inc. from January 2003 to April 2004. He joined Jack Henry & Associates Inc. in 1995 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from July 2001 to January 2003. He served as General Manager of the E-Services Division from July 2000 to June 2001 and General Manager of the OutLink Services Division from 1995 to 2000. Mr. Prim served as General Manager of the Liberty Division when JKHY acquired BSI's Community Banking Division in 1995. He served as Vice President of Client Services at Broadway & Seymour, Inc. since 1994. He began his career in the financial industry in 1977 as a Sales Representative. He serves as a Director of CoxHealth, Inc. He has been a Director of Jack Henry & Associates Inc. since July 31, 2007. Mr. Prim has Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and Masters of Business Administration from Queens College in Charlotte, North Carolina.
