What makes you most happy at work?
The regular recognition that what I am doing matters to others, clients and coworkers included.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How informal it was to start, and how I had access to all levels of management to ask questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all quick to respond to inquiries and assistance, including corporate goals and individual goals. I wish they were more proactive in doing so.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The regular fair assessment of my output and its value to the company. I have always been given a fair raise, often times more than I was anticipating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The empowerment to cross "silos" and division lines for the benefit of our clients and to get results. There is not a competitive nature at most of the company; collaboration is rewarded and signled out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all are like minded individuals, so we have similar work ethics and expectations. This means you never have the fear that only one person is part of the solution, but rather it's truly collaborative. Bad apples don't last long because of this as well.
