I like the bonus. Medical insurance is okay, but it is not up to date. Dental is good. Free lunch is really good (on special celebration days).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some people come in with less experience than others and get better pay due to having a degree. I feel as experience should hold somewhat value to what they are paid. Other companies pay better and have way better insurance and it doesn't cost near as much as ours.

There are no advancement opportunities in the company unless someone retires and then the position is usually filled from an external hire.

Good workers are asked to do the jobs of several people while others are promoted into leadership positions since they can't do their current job.

Its too difficult to move up and while the pay is competitive, a lot of people are NOT being compensated for everything they do. Its more about title and not actual responsibility.

FIX THE ERP COMPUTER SYSTEM. Order inventory has issues. Shipping has issues. Answering emails on a timely basis or sometimes just answer the emails has issues.
