What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pay is fair. Insurance is the best but wish it was better. Vacation policy is very good.

They were not honest about my pay when I left my job. I am still making less than what I was making at my current job

Some people come in with less experience than others and get better pay due to having a degree. I feel as experience should hold somewhat value to what they are paid. Other companies pay better and have way better insurance and it doesn't cost near as much as ours.

There are no advancement opportunities in the company unless someone retires and then the position is usually filled from an external hire.
