I believe most employees want to improve the company. I also believe they want to get along. There are outliers that prevent that. But Hoshizaki in Japan has really pushed a positive culture on us we did not have with previous owners.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership culture punishes initiative and demands heavy management involvement. Unwillingness to invest in people hurts our ability to attract, train, and retain the technical specialties needed to operate in the digital age.

FIX THE ERP COMPUTER SYSTEM. Order inventory has issues. Shipping has issues. Answering emails on a timely basis or sometimes just answer the emails has issues.
