Stable. Professional. Knowledgeable. Currently with the new ERP System "management" has "changed" and not for the better.

Flexibility in my job responsibilities. Well managed but I am allowed to run my own business and time.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
FIX THE ERP COMPUTER SYSTEM. Order inventory has issues. Shipping has issues. Answering emails on a timely basis or sometimes just answer the emails has issues.
