I love working here but we need to make people do their job that they are paid to do instead of putting their jobs off on everyone else

Being with the people we work with. The manager of our department is awesome to work for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other people getting paid more than me and me having more experience in supervision. I do more than just what my job title says.

They were not honest about my pay when I left my job. I am still making less than what I was making at my current job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel as our department wants to see all of us succeed and better ourselves for the company. We do not want to hold anyone back from moving up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manger is a very good leader; he listens to all of us and takes our opinions into consideration. We discuss things as a department and know what our goals are.

Everyone is very open about what is going on with the company. We are all treated like family. They have an open-door policy for everyone, and they want us to use it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very knowledgeable and complete their task in a timely manner. They do not have to be micromanaged. They take to change very well, and they always want to do what's best for the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some people come in with less experience than others and get better pay due to having a degree. I feel as experience should hold somewhat value to what they are paid. Other companies pay better and have way better insurance and it doesn't cost near as much as ours.
