I love the team I work with, the history of the company, the prospect of growth and the direction we are going, unfortunately it is hard to get past the last few months with the ERP changes. It has drastically affected the moral of the employees. Looking forward to better days.

the benefit package is average at best

Obvious ERP transition, but beyond that lack of communication and empathy.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
better communication and response times; need to be more empathetic and work with more sense of urgency when dealing with customers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
proactive communication, setting clear and realistic goals (especially when the company is in turmoil), providing the tools and resources needed to achieve said goals
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The passion our President has for the company and its employees. We are experiencing a difficult transition at the moment and it has been hard on everyone, which has probably (most definitely) impacted my responses but every time I hear from Jonathan I remember what drew me to the company.
