for most part it is good. I don't like the accusations of being somewhat threated by losing my job on a weekly basis.
What makes you most happy at work?
receiving my paycheck. Time to go home.

they put forth their best effort.

pay, premiums ,coverage, co-payments, network friendly

they don't mint change and learning together

getting to work a normal 8 hour shift

resolving issues with union employees quicker.

to get rid of the union

bonus is a plus. also like it split up.
