I have been at Jackson for almost a year. This is certainly the best place I have worked. The people are sincere, I feel my work is valuable and appreciated when done well, and I am compensated well for it.

My compensation is above industry and area average.

Everyone is kind and considerate of one another.

Their best quality their commitment to continually improving our processes.

Knowing that I can meet and even exceed leadership's expectations.

I am paid a higher salary than most comparable roles. Especially in the area.

They place confidence in me to perform in my role. They do not micromanage me.

We have a culture of joking with each other and having fun day to day.

People have respect for one another. We all view our roles here as important, but also understand our roles serve a larger purpose in our lives.

The autonomy I'm given within my role. I enjoy the work I do for the company, so I enjoy getting to own my part of the process.
