Some people come in with less experience than others and get better pay due to having a degree. I feel as experience should hold somewhat value to what they are paid. Other companies pay better and have way better insurance and it doesn't cost near as much as ours.

Good workers are asked to do the jobs of several people while others are promoted into leadership positions since they can't do their current job.

Its too difficult to move up and while the pay is competitive, a lot of people are NOT being compensated for everything they do. Its more about title and not actual responsibility.
