lots of people interview you so you have a good idea about what you are getting yourself into
The interview process was straight forward; however there were many physical tests that had to be completed at different locations.
About 10 people interviewed, so it wasn't the decision of a few people

Be clear on expectiations amd have clear responsibilities. Supervisors need to be properly trained on being Supervisors, must at least have business or management experience and degrees
