The interview process was straight forward; however there were many physical tests that had to be completed at different locations.
Be clear on expectiations amd have clear responsibilities. Supervisors need to be properly trained on being Supervisors, must at least have business or management experience and degrees

Sadly the turnover continues and it is hard for tenured employees to remain relevant no matter how educated and knowledgeable they are. New leaders bring in their previous employees or peers and remove the tenured employees who could actually be leveraged to make a true impact that is sustainable.
Bring better management to R&D
They buy bc they have no other options based on their market or the sales team has done a good job. Not bc of anything else
