Valueing their people, and treating them with respect
Upward looking management runs into walls. Projects go no were. Perfect festering corporate rot.
Listen and understand the problems within the company. So much talent is pushed out or silenced. Management prevents at all means to silence people because of fear of being perceived as inferior, incapable or unqualified.
