What does the leadership team need to get better at?
it doesn't matter. I've left rather recently, and am all the richer emotionally for it
Narrow-minded Middle management team and punish those with a voice and different opinion than leadership. No collaboration and all employees are more concerned about their own career growth and take down whoever falls in their way
They need to bring in a different team who has taken organizations public. The current team doesn't have that skill set

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fully Remote work anywhere in the US
Grwat health insurance and start with a decent amount of PTO
I feel confident I am paid fairly for my job. We have regular performance reviews & raises, and there is opportunity for promotion.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The disparity between the execs and the peons/serfs is getting out of control.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is kind of small and we all help each other out.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Collaboration and teamwork overall are lacking and an awful bully environment
There are brilliant individual contributors who are largely excluded from the decision making. Most of the company is happy to plod along with the same bad practices. New leadership from outside is needed.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything! They preach inclusion and diversity but punish those who are different
What did you like most about the interview process?
straightforward approach and the trust put into the manager actually doing the interview
During my interview, I was able to speak with my manager and future team members about the realities of the job. They asked great questions, and also went above & beyond to answer mine.
