Walking in the door in the morning. I know what I am going to do. There are never 2 days alike. Knowing that no matter what the day brings that we got this, due to great leadership.

My Coworkers. Were able to socialize while understanding eachothers role that each team member plays a part in our group. We all help eachother out when needed.

Reaching quota and getting good numbers.

Talking to team members everyday and getting to learn more about their culture

Management sincerely needs to be looked into. Sketchy and neglectful behaviors and covering up incidents is NOT normal and supposedly against company policy so why does it seem like daily common practice?

Ethics are questionable at best

Start with management in H R and work down to get the place to run correctly
