Management who serve as managers/supervisors all the way to the CEO of JBS HAVE NOT TESTED ALL EMPLOYEES during this COVID-19 pandemic and expect us to go back to work, AFTER promising to have ALL EMPLOYEES tested before our JBS Colorado plant would reopen. We have 200 positive and 7 dead now.

The salaries varies wildly, and seem to be given randomly. Not based on experience or education. Read into that what you will.
Just having good or better health benefits
They have put all of us workers at risk of dying. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we had a outbreak start at our JBS-Colorado plant, then shut down, tested only about half of our work force, and now everyone must return to work. CURRENTLY OVER 200 POSITIVE WORKERS AND 7 WORKERS DEAD!!!

THEY NEED TOO DO THEIR WORK! AND THE RIGHT WAY THE FIRST TIME
I am singled out daily for abusive behavior. The only reason I can deduce is that I'm the only white guy in the shop. I work hard and do what I'm supposed to do but still get treated like crap. I don't understand why.

Direct supervisor needs to be better trained on being a decent, effective, unbiased leader. Just because someone is a supervisor doesn't mean they are always telling the truth. He'll ask me a question and when I begin to answer him, he turns his back to me and starts speaking to someone else!

Management sincerely needs to be looked into. Sketchy and neglectful behaviors and covering up incidents is NOT normal and supposedly against company policy so why does it seem like daily common practice?
Ethics are questionable at best
