I didn't have much of an interaction with them.
They are very nice and have been patient with me.
Fun to work with, great constructive feedback
Very effective and transparent. They ensure that the employees are satisfied in terms of the work environment and incentives
The overall process of the company. The quick times really take away from the customer experience and it causes customer service issues and the inability to take lunches
Fighting for their team, maybe acknowledge their hard work with a raise? Not just a sticker.
being team players and being more fair
They dont pay well, hours are laughable and raises are minimal. Over the years they have stripped benefits and recently did away with ESOP ( Employee stock ownership program). I did enjoy my job for the photography aspect but everything else was a nightmare
There is a commission and flexible work hours
the best part would have to be that i get some of their insurance depending on my hours
The work life balance is feeling nearly impossible.
More money. Or at least less responsibilites. Maybe not getting yelled at
I believe my worth, quality of work, and personal contributions are worth more than I get paid but unfortunately when working in a retail setting pay is rarely higher than what I currently earn.
They started me at 8.50 although recent new hires start at 9.50. I did get promoted to a supervisor level but for the amount of responsibilities the pay was not worth it
They paid a male employee 4$ more hourly than me who had no experience where I had years of experience in the area
I hired them so theyre amazing. The other managers in the district are a clique. They promote this "we are a team" mentality so you can do something for them. But when you need help? Crickets.
We work together well, always willing to assist each other and critique one another's work in helpful ways. We communicate well and share creativity.
They are hardworking and efficient
they are all really understanding

It can be fun, but the negative experiences take that fun away
Honestly, the fun times are quickly forgotten about because of time constraints and negative customer interactions
Some of the customer interactions when we provided them a great service.
I get to hire my team and i hired people like me. It was the only control i had of my studio.
Everyone is friendly and helpful
Treat and pay your employees fairly. If you are going to schedule an on call shift and demand that its treated as a working shift then pay the employee at least half of the shift time if they are not called in.
It was easy. I didn't like that experience questions weren't asked more often
It was quick and introduced a number of responsibilities i would be expected to take on if employed
It is simple and straightforward.
it was pretty fast and easy
Nothing. Just dont lie. Very falsed advertised.
Be upfront about the nature of scheduling hours
I love being able to show my creativity and interact with children and families all day
Satisfied and happy customers.Effective teamplayers
wish we could all be treated better but its a job
Not enough staff to treat customers well since if its a slow day you are by yourself. if you are photographing a session you are also expected to answer calls and attend to the front and sell. Imagine doing that when five customers show up to pick their orders in the middle of a session while phone
