How straight forward and honest the interviewers were. They enjoy asking questions, talking to potential employees and talking about their experiences at JEB.

How my company is willing to work hard and play hard! They get the job done, but also allow for plenty of time for team bonding and getting to know the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care passionately about the success of the company and unlike many teams, they are open to ALL feedback, flexible about change and provide a safe place for employees to bring forward ideas and perspectives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
JEB cares about employees and family. Although their pay structure aligns with a small town agency vs. a larger corporation, they provide a KILLER maternity leave package (for men and women) and allow for flexible work from home days.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way the leadership team cares and is willing to listen to what employees think. They have experienced good and bad phases as an organization and have truly learned from any past mistakes and work hard to makes sure they don't happen again.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team at JEBCommerce all care passionately about their jobs, the company and their careers. JEB is a family, not a place where people claw each other's eyes out to grow in their career. There are always places people can turn if they need to ask for help!
