Overall, this is a very fast-paced, but fun and engaging environment. I feel I'll learning something new every day, which is important as one who values mental stimulation. The team members are close knit, and management has been very helpful in assisting us with the goals that need to be done.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how deeply involved the leadership team is involved in our day to day operations. It's as easy as walking into their office and bringing up anything of interest, and they are willing to hear us out.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how there were multiple steps to the interview process; it gave me a chance to interact and get to know each of the team members, and bring my expertise to the table in a fun and meaningful way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
- I like how close-knit we are as a team - They always welcome new ideas and are open to giving them a shot, even if they seem wildly out there - The foosball competitions are 2nd to none
What makes you most happy at work?
The little things, in all honesty. The fun jokes that are thrown around. The ping-pong challenges. The random snacks that are brought in for us to enjoy. These are some of the things that make JEBCommerce worth it.
