Dr. Matthew Ganz, also known as Matt, has been Vice President of European Technology Strategy and President of Germany and Northern Europe at The Boeing Company since April 2013. Dr. Ganz served as Vice President of European Technology Strategy and President of Boeing Germany & Northern Europe at The Boeing Company since February 2013. Dr. Ganz served as Vice President and General Manager of Boeing Research & Technology at Boeing until February 2013. Dr. Ganz served as President of Boeing Phantom Works. Dr. Ganz served as Sector Vice President of Strategy & Technology at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Dr. Ganz served as President of Phantom Works Advanced Research & Development Unit of Boeing Co., since February 22, 2008. He served with Northrop Grumman Integrated Systems and served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Navigator Technology Ventures, Cambridge, Mass. Dr. Ganz served as Chief Executive Officer, President and General Manager of HRL Laboratories LLC., in Malibu. He served as Vice President of technology and Vice President of Programs of The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, where he was responsible for program management, strategic planning and new business development. Dr. Ganz has over 15 years of experience in strategic planning and new business development. Dr. Ganz also worked for the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency as Director of the Sensor Technology Office and was an associate group leader for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Lincoln Laboratory. He is a member of the U.S. Air Force Scientific Advisory Board and serves on several panels of the Defense Science Board. Dr. Ganz holds a Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate degrees in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University.
